Sprinkle Dried Chicken Noodle taoco




ingredients

250 g dried egg noodles
Much oil for frying
5 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced ​​lengthwise.
250 g of chicken breast, diced 2 cm
1 carrot, sliced ​​thin oblique
5 pieces of red chili, sliced ​​oblique
1 tsp salt
½ tsp white pepper powder
1 tsp sugar
2 tbsp oyster sauce
3 tbsp taoco
100 g white cabbage, roughly chopped
50 g peas
1 stalk spring onion, sliced ​​oblique
100 ml of water
2 tsp cornstarch, dissolved in 2 tsp water

How to Make:

Boil the noodles for a while, remove and drain.
Heat the oil a lot. Fried egg noodles that have been boiled to bloom and dry. Remove, drain and set aside.
Heat 2 tablespoons oil and saute garlic and onion until fragrant. Enter the chicken, stir-fry until it changes color.
Add the carrots and cayenne pepper. Another season salt, pepper, sugar, oyster sauce, and taoco. Stir well.
Add mustard, peas, and green onions. Pour the water and stir well. Cook briefly to the boil
Pour the cornstarch solution, stir quickly until thickened. Lift.
Tata fried noodles in a serving dish, pour the stir fry vegetables. Serve.
