ingredients
3 tablespoons oil, for sauteing
3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
5 pieces of red chilli, mashed
12 medium sized shrimps, peeled and leaving tail
10 pieces (150 g) okra, sliced oblique
1 tsp belacan / shrimp paste
½ tsp salt
1 piece of red pepper, thinly sliced
How to Make:
In a skillet, heat the oil over a high heat. Saute garlic and red pepper until fragrant delicate, Enter the shrimp, and cook until it changes color.
Add okra and belacan / shrimp paste. Stir well and cook until done.
Season with salt and insert sliced red pepper and stir well. lift
Serve warm.
