Grilled Quail







ingredients


4 tail quail, split so 2-4
3 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons oil
3 cloves garlic, mashed
4 scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 sticks sere, finely sliced
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
How to make:

Heat the oil, then insert the garlic, saute until golden.
Enter leeks and sere, stir, stir until wilted, remove from heat, and enter the chili powder, fish sauce, sugar, and salt, mix well, chill.
Sprinkle each with spices before quail until blended, allow at least 2 hours in the refrigerator, then stick with a skewer.
Bake in the embers of a fire / in the oven (180 degrees Celsius) until cooked while inverted and smeared with sesame oil, remove from heat.
Usually grilled quail served together with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
