Young Coconut Mango Pudding






ingredients

2 packs of order - that white powder
250 gr Sugar Java (smooth shaved)
400 ml water
100 ml coconut water
2 pieces harumanis Mango (peeled, puree in blender)
1 pc young coconut (take flesh)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp vanilla powder
1 tbsp Rum
How to Make:

Sugar boiled with water until dissolved, set aside.
Boil order - so that the coconut water to boil.
Add mango, water, sugar, vanilla, salt and rum, stir and remove from heat.
Prepare to taste the pudding mold, wet with a little water.
Put the coconut meat and set the bottom of the mold.
Pour the custard mixture into the mold.
Cool and put into the refrigerator, cut - cut and serve cold.
