ingredients
500 gr beef, cut - cut
150 gr cabbage leaves
2 bay leaves LBR
1 tbsp tamarind water
1 stalk lemongrass, crushed
5 tablespoons soy sauce
20 pcs chili sauce
1 ltr water
6 pcs red onion, thinly sliced
salt & sugar, to taste
Seasoning mashed:
3 cloves of garlic
1 rounded teaspoon pepper
1 tsp toasted coriander
1 tsp ginger
½ tbsp sliced galangal
How to cook:
1. Saute onion dg 3 tablespoons cooking oil, until golden
2. Enter the spices, bay leaves and lemon grass
3. Once fragrant, put the meat, and cook until the color changes
4. Add water, soy sauce and tamarind water, cook until meat is tender
5. Before dressing up, enter your chili and cabbage, salt & sugar
