Sweet Cheese Ball






ingredients

750 grams of cassava
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons Nestlé Dancow fullcream
1 tablespoon butter
  cooking oil
200 grams of grated cheddar cheese
  layers:
1 egg white, beaten
20 grams of Nestle cornflakes, finely crushed

How to prepare:

1. Peel the cassava, cut into pieces, then wash.
2. Steamed until cooked and tender.
3. While still hot, puree cassava.
4. Mix cassava with cheese, salt and butter until blended.
5. Shape into balls cassava being.
6. Flatten, fill with shredded cheese, round back.
7. Dip in egg white and then roll in cornflakes until blended.
8. Let stand until slightly dry.
9. Fry in hot oil until golden yellow and more.
