Lontong Mie









ingredients

2 tbsp oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 red onions, crumbled
2 tbsp IBA, scalded, drained and mashed
2 cm ginger, crushed
1 1/2 liters of water
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground white pepper
2 tbsp soy sauce
250 grams of wet noodles
100 grams bean sprouts, remove roots
1 spring onion, sliced
1 tbsp chopped celery

complement
lontong, fried onions, crackers

Boil sauce
2 large red chilli
10 pieces of red chili sauce
2 cloves of garlic boiled until cooked, lift, mashed with 1/4 teaspoon salt.

How to Make
Heat the oil, saute garlic, onion, and IBA until fragrant. Enter ginger, water, salt, pepper, simmer. After boiling, put soy sauce.
After boiling noodles and bean sprouts back fill, cook briefly, lift.
Prepare a bowl, put lontong, pour over noodles, sprinkle with green onions, celery, garlic fries, complete with boiled sauce and crackers.
