Kekian Udang Goreng














ingredients:

200 grams of peeled shrimp, finely chopped
100 grams of flour
2 cloves garlic, grated
1 egg
½ teaspoon pepper
½ tsp salt
½ tsp sesame oil
50 ml of water
sauce:

350 ml of water to boil
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 large red chilies, seeded and cut into small
3 tablespoons tomato sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
¼ tsp salt
2 ½ tsp sugar
1 tsp corn starch, dissolved in a little water
½ tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
1 tsp lemon juice
How to make:

Mix all ingredients and stir until blended. Put a sheet of thick plastic, roll up and close the cylinder is formed on both sides.
Steam for 20 minutes until cooked. Remove and cut into pieces to taste before serving with the sauce.
Boil water, garlic, and red pepper to boiling. Enter tomato sauce, chili sauce, salt, and sugar and cook until boiling. Thicken with corn starch solution,. Cook until thick, add cilantro and lemon juice. Stir well.
