Chips Crispy Chicken Skin

Chips from the chicken skin crispy and savory can be a delicious snack or side dish.


Ingredients

300 grams of chicken skin, wash clean, throw away the fat
1 lemon, take the water
1 tsp salt
2 segment ginger, grated
3 eggs, beaten off

Flour Ingredients:
150 grams of wheat flour
150 grams of rice flour
2 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tsp pepper
1 packet of chicken flavoring

How to Make:

Mix all ingredients until blended flour, set aside.
Marinate the chicken skin with salt, ginger and lime. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Enter the chicken skin in beaten egg, roll in flour mixture until blended in all sections.
If you want a thicker flour results, repeat put chicken skin into the egg, then roll again in the flour.
Chicken skin fried in hot oil using medium heat until golden brown. Remove and drain.
