ingredients:
250 ml of water
1 whole sea bass, cut 4, clear
½ tsp chicken bouillon powder
5 pcs starfruit
Subtle Seasonings:
5 pcs chili sauce
1 clove garlic
3 pcs onion
2 cm turmeric, crushed
½ tsp salt
Complement:
10 pcs red chili
1 tsp garlic fries
How to Make:
Boil the water to boiling, put the spices and stir well. Cook back to the boil.
Enter milk fish, chicken bouillon powder, and starfruit and stir well. Cook until cooked milk fish.
Sprinkle sea bass with red chili sauce and fried garlic and stir well. Remove and serve while hot.
