ingredients
1 pcs chinese tofu, puree
2 stalks green onion, minced
1 pc red pepper, cut into thin oblique
2 eggs
200 ml coconut milk from half coconut
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
10 salted eggs
banana leaves for wrapping
Spices:
6 items bw.merah
2 cloves bw.putih, fried whole
3 eggs pecans, toasted until cooked well
3/4 tsp coriander, sangarai
How to make:
Mix the spices, spring onions and red peppers. Stir well.
Add the eggs, milk, salt and sugar. Stir well. Add the tofu that has been pureed.
Take a banana leaf, give the dough out
Break eggs salt on it, wrapped in banana leaves and pinned by a stick
Steam for 30 minutes until cooked.
