Sweet Soy Sauce Chicken Liver














ingredients


10 pieces of chicken liver, cleaned, cut each 2-3 parts
2 tablespoons cooking oil + 1 tbsp butter for sauteing
3 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
5 grains of red onion, thinly sliced
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp tomato sauce
1/3 teaspoon pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
200 cc of broth (hot)
2 pieces of red pepper fat, seeded, sliced ​​oblique
1 stalk spring onion, cut into 2 cm
1 stalk celery, sliced
1 tomato (about 50 ounces), cut 4-6 parts
50 g peas, discarding the ends



How to make:

Boil some water, pour the chicken liver until it changes color. Remove and drain.

Heat the oil and butter, saute onion and garlic until fragrant.

Enter the chicken liver, soy sauce, tomato sauce, pepper powder, salt and sugar, stir.

Pour the hot broth, stir, simmer. Enter the chili and vegetables, and cook, stirring gently until thick and spices cooked ingredients.
